About us

Cymric Archers is a Target Archery Club welcoming many different bow styles. Our members shoot Longbow, Recurve, Barebow & Compound as well as traditional bows. We do not accept Crossbows.

We are a sports club which caters for casual archers who simply want to engage in a social sport for fun, as well as competitive archers competing at the highest levels both nationally and internationally. 

​

We are affiliated to Archery GB, who are the sport's national governing body and who provide our insurance.  We are also affiliated to the Welsh Archery Association and Dyfed Archery Association.

We welcome new, experienced & returning archers to our club.

The club is committed to providing an environment where everybody can learn and participate in archery free from harassment and abuse and all members are expected to abide by Archery GB's Code of Conduct and Safeguarding policies.  Our Safeguarding and Welfare officer can be contacted at cymricsafeguarding@outlook.com.

Feel free to come along and see what we do and ask questions. If you want to learn to shoot, buy your own bow and even enter competitions, then we can help.  Archery is easy to learn (and hard to master)!
