Cymric Archers is committed to protecting your personal information. In this notice, references to ‘we’ or ‘us’ means Cymric Archers. This notice explains how we collect and use the personal information about you. By using our Site, you confirm that you accept our Privacy Policy. INFORMATION GIVEN BY YOU
When contacting us via email, your email address and name will be given to us as part of this process. If you sign up for a club event or beginners course, we may need to ask you for additional information such as address and telephone number. If you are contacting us on behalf of other people, we will also require some information about them. Junior members will be contacted via their nominated accompanying adult. Contact information will be used by the membership secretary, coaching team and club secretary for processing your membership and/or for communication with you, and will not be passed to any other non-committee member or anybody outside of the club for any reason without your written permission and without legal reason for doing so (e.g. for insurance purposes).
INFORMATION COLLECTED ABOUT YOU
Every time you visit our Site, information may automatically be collected about you. This may include technical information in respect of the Internet protocol (IP) address which you have used to connect your computer to the Internet, the browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform used by you to use our Site. REMOVE INFORMATION
You have the right to:
1. Have any inaccuracies in your data corrected. If you would like to update the details we hold about you other than online, please contact our club secretary by email at cymricarchers@outlook.com
2. Request that we delete your personal data if you leave the club
3. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. Please address requests to club secretary and we will respond within one month, of receipt of your written request and confirmed ID. Please provide as much information as possible about the nature of your contact with us to help us locate your records. This request is free of charge unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. Should you wish us to remove any information held by us about you then please contact us using the contact details noted below.
CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. Any such changes will be posted on this webpage. Please check this webpage frequently to ensure that you are happy with any such changes.
